Parts produced using Polypropylene Powder often exhibit a slightly rougher surface finish compared to our other SLS materials. Formlabs printing approach maximizes material strength, resulting in more visible layer lines when examined closely. Utilizing Fuse Blast's polishing function can refine the surface, achieving a smoother finish.
Please note this powder is only compatible with the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W.
Also the Formlabs Fuse Sift 300 Sieve is required when printing in Polypropylene Powder.

What is the refresh rate?
For optimal outcomes, we suggest printing Polypropylene Powder with a 50% refresh rate, an approach unaffected by inert gas atmospheres.
Do you need nitrogen to print Polypropylene Powder?
Polypropylene Powder doesn't need or gain from inert atmospheric control. It delivers optimal results when printed in air.
DELIVERY BY ADDITIVE-X
Order by 4:45pm Monday to Friday and Additive-X will ship your order via DPD the same day, with multiple options available. DPD Pre 12 and Pre 10.30 are available depending on your postcode.
Some units must ship on a pallet due to weight and/or size, in which case delivery service is 1-2 days and the cut-off time is earlier.
