DELIVERY BY ADDITIVE-X

Please note: We don’t work on bank holidays, so your order will be delayed by one working day.  Our Shipping Methods are below

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ADDITIVE-X SHIPMENTS AND COLLECTIONS

• When ordering on a Friday, you can choose Saturday DPD delivery, but this service is not guaranteed and the charge cannot be refunded if delivery fails

• When you order after our 4:45PM cut-off time, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will despatch on the next working day (we don’t work bank holidays).

• You can choose COLLECTION to visit us and collect your order, we just ask that you phone to arrange a time so we can have your order ready to go!

• Please note that some printers must travel on a pallet and therefore can’t ship via DPD, this adds to the shipping time and adds to the price of delivery.

 

Timed pallet deliveries are available to some postcodes for an extra charge, please contact us to check and book

Important things to know about carriers like DPD 

• Premium deliveries like Pre 10.30 can be attempted as early as 7am onwards

• The driver can only leave a parcel in a safe place if instructed to do so by the recipient

• They always need a contact number or email address for delivery notifications

• Using the DPD app really helps!

• If DPD collect a return parcel from you, the driver will give a collection card which must be kept as proof of collection

 

Returning Goods To Additive-X

Return Coverage

 

You have the right to return your order to Additive-X where the item is faulty, not as described, damaged or if you no longer require the item(s). Please read below for more information on your required return type.

Items must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging within 14 days. Unless the item is being returned under claim against your product warranty.

Orders returned outside the 14-day returns period, may be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees are applied at a minimum of £30

Faulty goods

 

We are here to help if you have a problem with goods we have supplied

 

Please reach out to our support team as soon as you notice a fault. Provide us as much detail as you can about the nature of the problem so we can resolve it quickly for you.

 

We will do our best to rectify the situation, but if you are still not happy, you can get a full refund within the first 7 working days. After 7 working days, if you have a problem, then the manufacturer warranty applies.

 

Please note: The cost of returning faulty goods will be covered by Additive-X, only if our sales team has processed the return for you ahead of the parcel being shipped back to us. Goods must be safely returned with their original packaging.

 

Transit Damage

 

It is important to check your goods when they get delivered. On the rare occasion goods are damaged in transit, please let us know straight away.

We need to know if there is any damage to the outer packaging, so please share pictures of the damaged goods and packaging with us.

Please email your return or replacement request to [email protected], along with photos of the damaged packaging and/or goods.

Please note: The cost of returning damaged goods will be covered by Additive-X, only if our sales team has processed the return for you ahead of the parcel being shipped back to us.

Goods no longer required

 

If you decide you no longer require the purchased goods, you can request an RMA number to return products within 14 days from item receipt.

Goods must be returned to Additive-X in the original manufacturer’s packaging, unused and unopened.

Please email your request to [email protected] and mark the outside of the box with the RMA number before you send the goods back to us. When we have received and inspected the goods, we can issue you with a refund.

From return confirmation, you have 14 days to return the product to Additive-X

Order return requests outside the advised 14-day returns period may be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees are applied at a minimum of £30

 

Please note: it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the safe return of the goods you wish to send back. If your goods are not in brand-new condition with their original packaging or are damaged, then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repair from your refunded amount.

Refused Delivery

 If a delivery is refused once it has left our warehouse, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our warehouse, by the delivery cost.
