The Fuse X1 is a large-format industrial SLS 3D printer built for engineers, manufacturers, and service bureaus that need to produce large prototypes and high-volume end-use parts without the wait. A massive build volume combined with high packing density means same-day large parts are achievable, and throughput runs at 3x that of competing platforms.

AI-powered Print Intelligence keeps an eye on every job from the first layer through to the final part, stepping in to reduce failures before they cost you a full build. Getting set up takes around an hour, and print-to-print changeovers are done in minutes rather than stopping production in its tracks.

The end-to-end workflow covers extraction, powder reclaiming, and finishing in one continuous process, taking parts from printed to polished in as little as 15 minutes.
