Formlabs Elastic 50A Resin (1L)

Elastic Resin is the latest addition to the Formlabs Engineering Resins Range.

The softest Engineering Resin, this 50A Shore durometer material is suitable for prototyping parts normally produced with silicone. Choose Elastic Resin for parts that will bend, stretch, compress, and hold up to repeated cycles without tearing.

The translucent colour allows for internal channels to be seen, which gives great potential for educational use as well as a host of other industries and applications. Key applications include wearables and consumer goods prototyping; medical visual simulation and devices; compliant features for robotics; and special effects props and models

Please note: This material prints at 100 micron resolution only, and requires post curing. Elastic Resin is only compatible with the LT resin tanks (green) on the Form 2 and the V2 resin tanks on the Form 3.
