Please note: the V4 and V2 formulations are identical, and both can be still used and mixed together in the resin tank without issue.
This Formlabs Clear Resin Cartridge is compatible with the Form 2, Form 3, Form 3B, Form 3L and Form 3BL 3D printers.
Clear resin from Formlabs delivers an extremely high quality output, capturing astonishing detail without sacrificing strength.
Clear Resin is great for fluidics and moldmaking, optics, lighting, and any parts requiring translucency or showcasing internal features.
Fresh off the print bed objects printed with Clear Resin take on a translucent and matte appearance. This is preferable for prototypes and parts that won’t be seen. But the beauty of this resin is the way it changes when you polish it. Models and parts printed with Clear Resin can be polished to near transparency, and they look absolutely sensational when they are finished. So good, in fact, that Formlabs uses them in its marketing material.
The Clear Resin supports print resolutions of 100 to 25 microns.

Can I reuse resin?
Yes. You can reuse resin that is in your tank after a print, please do not return resin to the resin cartridge to avoid potential contamination. The Form 2 orange cover protects unused resin from ambient light. -
Can I store unused resin in the resin tank?
Outside of the printer or resin cartridge, resin can be stored in the standard Resin Tank with the lid on for up to one month and in Resin Tank LT with the lid on for up to two months. Empty or use any excess resin before storing resin tanks for longer than this. Do not pour liquid resin back into the original container.
