The AMS 2 Pro is an advanced filament handling system that supports smooth multi-material 3D printing. It’s designed to make filament management easier and more efficient.

24 Colours / Multi-Material
Connect up to 4 AMS 2 Pro and 8 AMS HT units for a total of 24 filament options.

Electro-Magnetic Air Vent
Provides quick filament drying and air-tight storage.

65°C Drying
Supports drying temperatures of up to 65°C.

Please note if you're using a Bambu X1E printer the AMS 2 Pro is NOT yet available to use. Bambu (mid Sept 2025) say "For X1E owners, the AMS 2 Pro...is currently under testing and not yet supported"

Already using a Combo (AMS + printer)?
If you’d like to add AMS 2 as an additional unit, you’ll need the AMS Hub. 

If you’re replacing your AMS with an AMS 2, no extras are needed.

Not using an AMS?
You’ll need a 4-pin cable, PTFE Connector  and a Filament Buffer. If you’re planning to connect more than one AMS 2, you’ll also need the AMS Hub.

You will need to add the switching adaptor to use the drying capability on the X1C / P1 series.
