What can you expect from our repair service?
An initial Inspection Fee covers receiving and assessing your 3D printer. If the repair needs more time and/or spares, we will issue a Quote on a Time & Materials basis and wait for your approval.
Ask for a 3D printing service to fill your needs while your 3D printer is out action, then when your machine is back up and running smoothly we will ship it back to you (or you can collect).
Ask us for a Bespoke Service Plan to combine a workshop repair service with different levels of on-site support and even add a “hot-swap” replacement service.
Manufacturer Service Plans and Extended Warranties are also available.
