The Resin Pumping System comprises a Resin Pump linked to a 5L Resin Container, tubing, and a distinctive resin card. This innovative setup not only tracks material usage but also alerts you when resin levels are low, ensuring seamless printing.

To start printing using the Resin Pumping System on your Form 3/B/+ or Form 3/B/L, follow these straightforward steps:

1. Slide the resin card into the Resin Pump's slot.
2. Unscrew the cap of the 5L Resin Container and attach the transfer cap.
3. Disconnect the silicone plug from the transfer cap and link the tubing between the Resin Pump and Resin Container.
4. Remove the drip cap from the Resin Pump and position it into the printer's cartridge slot.

What materials can't be used with this pump?

Heavily Filled Resins, PU Family resins, and 3rd party resins are incompatible with the Resin Pumping System. Several others are not compatible due to other reasons

What is the lifespan of the pump?

Formlabs resin pumps were tested for up to 600 hours of pumping without experiencing failure which translates to between 350 and 850 litres of resin depending on the resin viscosity.
The pumps have the same 1-year warranty that all Formlabs products fall under which covers failures due to manufacturing defects.

What is the lifespan of the tubing?

Over time, the pump’s tubing will begin to wear out and pump performance will diminish resulting in slower fill rates. For this reason Formlabs recommend changing the pump tubing every 6 months.

Order by 4:45pm Monday to Friday and Additive-X will ship your order via DPD the same day, with multiple options available. DPD Pre 12 and Pre 10.30 are available depending on your postcode.

Some units must ship on a pallet due to weight and/or size, in which case delivery service is 1-2 days and the cut-off time is earlier.
