Guide: 

Powder Removal - Use the working area to remove the powder cake from the build chamber and separate the parts from the unsintered powder.

Part Cleaning - Remove the leftover powder and surface armour from the parts with the set of tools and brushes as provided.

Powder Sifting & Recovery - Use the scoop and vibration sifter to recover the used powder for your next print. 

Powder Mixing & Preparation - Use the scale and funnel to mix your powder and add it to the cartridge for your next print. 

The Fuse Build Chamber Lower Handle serves as an optional accessory, enhancing both safety and convenience. This handle affords users a more secure grip on the Fuse Build Chamber, allowing users to hold and manipulate it securely, easing the process of tipping the build chamber into the Fuse Depowdering Kit. Installation is a breeze, as it can be effortlessly affixed to the lower section of the build chamber using a hex wrench.

After part extraction with the Fuse Depowdering Kit, the unsintered powder is funnelled into the sifter provided. The micro sieve effectively sieves out any chunks or debris, ensuring the powder remains clean while maintaining a smooth powder flow. This reclaimed powder can then be conveniently stored in a cartridge for future printing tasks. Please note the Depowdering Kit comes with a 150-micro sieve which is compatible for use with all Formlabs SLS powders except Nylon 11 CF Powder.
