With the UL 94 V-0 and FAR-rated certification, you can produce 3D-printed parts that meet your necessary certification requirements for entering hazardous environments.
Create stiff, creep-resistant and functional parts with a 2.9GPa modulus and 112°C at 0.45 MPa HDT material that will perform well long-term in indoor and industrial environments with high temperatures or ignition sources. You can produce parts that can handle additional post-fabrication operations such as tapping, machining and drilling.
FR Resin on the Formlabs SLA ecosystem unlocks all of the benefits of scaling and automating production with the Form 3 series hardware.

Are there special workflow considerations for FR Resin?
Shake the resin cartridge vigorously while rotating occasionally for at least 2 minutes before starting your first print.Not doing so may affect the flame retardancy properties of your printed parts. If it has been more than 2 weeks since your last print, shake the cartridge again for 2 min and stir the resin in the tank before printing. The resin is viscous, so allowing it to automatically dispense into a new tank for the first time before printing will result in a printer time-out error. Instead, please follow the instructions for manually pre-filling the resin tank before printing Priming a Form 3: Unscrew the vent cap at the top of the cartridge and manually pour around 350ml of the resin into the new resin tank b.Priming a Form 3L: Unscrew the vent cap at the top of the cartridge and manually pour the contents of one full cartridge of resin into the new resin tank

Order by 4:45pm Monday to Friday and Additive-X will ship your order via DPD the same day, with multiple options available. DPD Pre 12 and Pre 10.30 are available depending on your postcode.
Some units must ship on a pallet due to weight and/or size, in which case delivery service is 1-2 days and the cut-off time is earlier.
