Bambu Lab PA6-GF Filament - Lime (With Spool)

Printing Tips

• Drying: Bambu PA6-GF needs proper drying before printing. Dry at 80°C for 8 to 12 hours in a blast drying oven, or 90 to 100°C for 10 to 12 hours on a heat bed. (Avoid exceeding 100°C to prevent spool deformation.) For more details, check out the Printing Tips for Engineering Materials on WIKI.

• Warping: Minimize warping by avoiding large, high infill density models. Use an enclosed printer and apply glue to the build plate for better adhesion.

Post-Processing Tips

• Support Removal: Remove support structures within 2 hours of printing to prevent them from sticking due to moisture absorption. If they stick, drying the model can help with removal.

• Strength Enhancement: To boost strength and rigidity, place the printed part in a convection oven set between 80 to 130°C for 5 to 12 hours.
