The Leapfrog Creatr HS is a 3D printer that can do it all, thanks to its huge level of material support. It can print all Leapfrog MAXX Essentials and Leapfrog MAXX Pro filaments, which in total comprise over 10 products.

From strong, durable and recyclable materials (PRO PET-G) to flexible and elastic materials that mimic rubber (PRO Flex), there really is a filament / print material for every application and for every stage of the manufacturing cycle.

For educators, MAXX Essentials ABS and MAXX Essentials PLA are affordable materials that cover most potential applications. Essentials ABS is ideal for casings and products that need to be robust, while Essentials PLA is a biodegradable material with a lower melting point, which makes it a safer choice around students. PLA also prints faster.

For professional and engineering applications, the MAXX Pro range is unrivalled; there are a variety of exciting materials available, including PRO Wood, which results in wood-like prints, and PRO Hybrid, which lets you print parts with the strength and rigidity of ABS - but at the speed of PLA. In total, there are over 10 supported filaments for the Creatr HS printer.
