Markforged Nylon Filament 800cm³

MarkForged Nylon filament is one of the core filaments for the Mark One and Mark Two range of 3D printers. They prints parts with this high-grade Nylon through a fused filament fabrication (FFF) process, and Nylon can be used on its own if parts do not require composite reinforcement.

Parts that are printed nylon-only are flexible and hard-wearing. Nylon is virtually odourless and the Markforged machines are optimised to work specifically with this unique Nylon blend, which has been specially formulated for good adhesion to composites, so please do not use any third party nylon filaments with your Markforged 3D printer – doing so could cause irreversible damage to the printer, and you will also void your manufacturer’s warranty.

If your parts do require composite reinforcement, then The Markforged CFF print head is capable of printing Carbon Fibre, Fibreglass or Kevlar strands into nylon parts. Parts with composite reinforcement are 24x stronger than ABS, or the same as 6061 aluminium, and you can buy these MarkForged composite filaments through us with your Nylon filament.

Parts printed nylon-only come out extremely smooth without sanding or finishing. They look fantastic, and we’re confident you’re going to love this filament.
