FlashForge Filaments

FlashForge Filaments
With the exception of the FlashForge Finder, which prints PLA only, FlashForge printers are capable of 3D printing with a wide range of materials.
PLA
PLA (polylactic acid) is a biodegradable 3D printing material. It prints faster than ABS and can also capture finer detail. PLA is also less prone to warping than ABS, making it an ideal filament for beginners. It is supported by the Finder, Dreamer and Creator Pro.
ABS
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a durable and hardy thermoplastic that’s widely used in manufacturing. For instance, LEGO is made from ABS. It is relatively easy to print with, and it’s supported by the FlashForge Finder and Creator Pro 3D printers.
ColorFabb filaments
The FlashForge Finder and Creator Pro both have support for third party filaments, including the excellent ColorFabb range. ColorFabb filaments open up a whole new world of 3D printing possibilities for designers and engineers. The supported range includes CopperFill, a material that smells, looks and feels like real copper, BrassFill, which has real brass embedded within it, and BronzeFill, which imitates real bronze perfectly.
There are several other filaments supported by the FlashForge Finder and Creator Pro, such as flexible and elastic materials. Check them all out above.
